High Strength RTV Polyurethane Liquid Rubber For Concrete & Stamping

This product consists of A&B components, where B is the curing agent and A is polyurethane prepolymer. It is ideal for creating concrete or cement stamping molds as well as manufacturing durable rubber parts for machinery and automotive applications.

Mixing Instructions

Shake both A and B components vigorously before use
Measure equal parts by volume into clean plastic or metal containers
Combine in a third clean container and mix vigorously for at least one minute
Ensure thorough mixing by scraping sides and bottom until uniform color is achieved

Important Handling Tips

Always wear proper respiratory protection when working with urethanes
Use in controlled environment (65-75°F with regulated humidity)
Use only clean plastic/metal utensils - avoid paper or wood
Recap containers immediately after use
Minimum mix quantity: 3 ounces for proper curing
Hand mixing recommended to prevent premature curing
Maintain exact 1:1 mix ratio - do not alter
Moisture control is critical - avoid high humidity conditions
For large molds, mix multiple small batches
Allow shaken components to settle before mixing to release bubbles
